Our products are shipped direct from Just Tux to you. There
is no retail middleman to increase costs or delay your shipment.
All of our products are first quality. Our
tuxedos are all original designers and name brands. No irregulars
or seconds. There is a 15% surcharge for extended sizes in
our Big Man & Tall Collection. Orders are shipped
within 24-hours.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
All merchandise for refund, return, or exchange must be addressed

Just Tux offers a 100% money back
guarantee if for any reason you
are not satisfied with your product. There is no restocking
fee on unopened and unworn merchandise. To return or exchange
an item, contact us through our toll free number within 14
days of receiving your merchandise and obtain an authorization
number which will allow us to process your transaction. Any
item for return or exchange must be unworn and unaltered with
all tags intact.
When exchanging one item for another, the new merchandise
desired will be shipped to you immediately and charged to
your account. Once the unwanted item is received back at Just
Tux, your account will be credited accordingly. If the unwanted
item is not received by us within 14 days from the date the
authorization number was issued, we will assume you desire
to keep the item and no refunds or exchanges will be offered
thereafter.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
CANCELLATIONS:
Items needing cancellation must be cancelled within
24-hours of placing the order. Orders are shipped within 24-hours
and cannot be cancelled thereafter. You may refuse the item
upon receipt and incur the return shipping charges, or accept
the item and return it to us with 14 business days. If we
do not receive the unwanted item within the 14-day grace period,
we will assume you have decided to keep the item and will
not issue refunds or exchanges thereafter.
SHOES: Shoes must be returned with all packing
materials and in the original manufacturers box. Please return
the shoes in this manner subsequently enclosing the manufacturers
shoe box in a shipping box (supplied by the USPS). Do not
ship shoes in the manufacturers box. We cannot accept a return
in this manner.
SHIRTS: Shirts must be returned unworn and
unopened for a full refund and to incur a no restocking fee.
Shirts opened and tried on may be exchanged only and need
to be returned with all original packaging and tags . A restocking
fee of 20% will apply.
SHIPPING:
All merchandise is shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise
requested by the customer. Additional charges will apply for
Express Shipments and orders out of the United States. Shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and all U.S. Territories
may require additional delivery time. Express Shipments are
not available outside the Continental United States.
